Fathom is a free AI meeting recorder and note-taking tool for Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet. It records, transcribes, and summarizes meetings — then automatically sends personalized follow-up summaries to attendees. Unlike Otter.ai (charges after 600 minutes), Fathom's core functionality is genuinely free with no minute limits. It uses GPT-4 to generate action items, highlights, and shareable clips. Extremely popular with sales reps and founders for its zero-cost entry point.
