The plans
| Plan | Price | Described as |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 per member/month | For individuals to organize personal projects and life |
| Plus | $10 per member/month | For small teams and professionals to work together |
| Business | $20 per member/month (marked Recommended) | For growing businesses to streamline teamwork |
| Enterprise | Custom pricing | For organizations that need scale, control and security |
What Free includes
Free includes a trial of Notion AI, basic forms, publishing a page to the web, basic sites, Notion Calendar and databases with subtasks, dependencies and custom properties. The page notes that pages and blocks are unlimited for individuals but limited for teams of two or more, so a team that wants to collaborate can try it on Free up to a certain number of blocks before upgrading.
What Plus adds
Plus includes everything in Free and adds the ability to remove Notion branding from public forms, custom forms, custom sites (custom header, theme, favicon and Google Analytics), unlimited charts, unlimited collaborative blocks, unlimited file uploads (subject to a per-file size limit) and basic connections to tools such as Slack and Google Drive.
What Business adds
Business includes everything in Plus and is the plan the page frames as the AI workspace. It lists Notion Agent for multi-step tasks, AI meeting notes, enterprise search (beta), SAML single sign-on, granular database permissions, page verification, private teamspaces, domain verification and premium connections such as GitHub and Asana.
What Enterprise adds
Enterprise includes everything in Business plus zero data retention with LLM providers when using Notion AI, SCIM user provisioning, advanced security controls, an audit log, a customer success manager, DLP and SIEM connections, domain management and advanced connections. It is priced by contacting sales.
Separately, the page lists Custom Agents as free to try, then $10 per 1,000 monthly Notion credits.
How to choose
- Personal use: Free is built for it.
- A small team that needs unlimited blocks and uploads: Plus.
- SSO, granular permissions or the AI agent features: Business.
- Compliance, SCIM or audit needs: Enterprise.
A rough budget check is members times price: ten members on Plus at $10 would be $100 a month at that listed rate, before any yearly discount.
